Let's make keeping your pet healthy the easiest part of your month. Our human-grade supplements and natural treats are designed to help your dog or cat live their best life. With our Subscription & Save service, you never have to worry about running out of their daily wellness essentials again.

Here’s a quick guide on how to manage your recurring orders:

🐾 How does the subscription work?

It’s basically "set and forget" for your pet's health routine. You pick how often you want deliveries (like every 30/60/90days), and we'll automatically process the payment and ship your chosen meal toppers, advanced supplements, or freeze-dried treats straight to your door. No more last-minute panic when you realize the joint powder jar is empty!

🐾 Am I locked in? Can I pause or cancel?

Not at all! We know life changes, and so do your pet’s nutritional needs. You have complete flexibility and can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your Subscription Portal.

Getting into your portal is super easy:

• Click the secure Magic Link we sent to your email when you first set up the subscription.
• Or, just log into your regular My Little Tails customer account right here on our website.

(Just a quick heads-up: If you signed up using a special promotion that requires a minimum number of deliveries, you'll be able to cancel as soon as those initial orders are fulfilled.)

🐾 What if I need to skip a delivery or change the date?

Got a jar of supplements lasting a bit longer than expected? Or maybe you're heading off on a family holiday? Easy.

Inside your portal, just hit the Skip button next to your upcoming delivery. If you just want to push the date back a bit (or bring it forward!), click Reschedule next to the delivery date and pick a day that works better for you.

🐾 Can I mix things up or add new items to my next order?

Absolutely! If you want to add some My Little Mussels for extra joint support this month, or treat your dog to some My Little Berries, you can do it in seconds.

Just hit the Edit button on your product card in the portal to add, swap, or remove items for your next delivery. It's the perfect way to keep their daily bowls interesting and tailored to what they need right now.

🐾 What happens if my card declines?

Bank cards expire and life gets busy—it happens to the best of us! If a payment doesn't go through, don't worry, your subscription won't be instantly cancelled.

We will just shoot you an email with a secure link to update your payment details. Once that's sorted, we'll get your pet's goodies packed and shipped out right away.
