Our goal is to provide a fast and reliable delivery service. We process your order within 48 hours once we receive it. We operate Monday to Saturday (except Public Holidays). We offer free metro shipping promotions when your order is over $89 Australia-wide. For orders less than $89, a national flat rate of $9.95 will apply.

We do our best to process and deliver your order as long as the courier service is operating. Unfortunately, our courier partners do not operate on public holidays, and it is recommended to arrange your order ahead of time.

We accept eligible returns or exchanges up to 14 days from your date of "delivered". To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be unused with the original package and in the same condition that you received it. Good krill oil, but not softgel

The krill oil is great - it is making a noticeable difference for my cats arthritis. We mix it in with her food, and she seems to enjoy the taste.

Unfortunately, the capsules aren’t softgel; the shell is hard and inflexible.
My cat has no interest in chewing on them, so we cut them open and pour onto her food. The small size, shape, and hardness makes it a messy exercise.
Definitely prefer the larger version which is easier to handle, cut and pour.

We made the switch from larger to smaller capsules after hearing from many pet owners that the big ones were a bit of a challenge for small dogs and cats to swallow. But it sounds like these smaller ones aren’t quite hitting the mark for you, especially when it comes to sprinkling them over your cat’s meals.
